6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery items (especially earrings) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or faulty.

All clothing items are final sale and non-returnable. Please ensure your size is correct before purchasing.

Exchanges on eligible items can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn

• In original packaging

• With tags attached

A flat R95 courier fee applies to exchanges, and return costs are your responsibility.

Refunds are only issued in the case of faulty or damaged items — and only once we've inspected and approved the return.
