We truly hope you love your Foxy Rare items, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Earrings: 

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged — unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Rings: 

Ring sizes are clearly marked on each product page. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds if the wrong size is ordered, so please double-check before purchasing.

 

Clothing:

All clothing items are part of our final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please make sure of your size before purchasing, as we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges on sale pieces.


Refunds:
Refunds are only processed for faulty or damaged items.

Want to Exchange?
If you’d prefer a different item, you can exchange for a different item of the same value, we are happy to assist.
 

Courier Fees & Return Costs:
A flat fee of R85 applies for re-delivery. Please also note: All return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility.​

FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

All of our items are carefully checked before shipping. However, in the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please send an email with a clear photograph and description of the problem within 7 days from arrival. We will replace the product swiftly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

JEWELLERY CARE

We are not responsible for the maintenance of your jewellery after purchase. Over time, colour may fade due to:

  • Natural wear and tear

  • Skin oils and pH levels

  • Exposure to:

    • Perfume

    • Lotion

    • Dishwashing soap

    • Hair products

    • Jewellery cleaners

    • Other harsh chemicals

Everyone’s skin reacts differently to plated metals. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for discolouration caused by skin chemistry or exposure to unsuitable substances.
